MICROEX CAST<\/strong> <\/a>\u00e8 la linea di estrusione di film cast<\/strong> progettata per il controllo qualit\u00e0 di polimeri, compound, masterbatch e materiali riciclati. I campioni di film possono essere utilizzati per testare le propriet\u00e0 meccaniche, il controllo visivo dei difetti, la lavorabilit\u00e0 dei polimeri e la corrispondenza dei colori.<\/p>\n

MICROEX BLOWN<\/strong><\/a> \u00e8 la linea di estrusione di film bolla<\/strong> progettata per la creazione di campioni di film tubolare. Disponibile anche nelle versioni da 3 e 5 strati, \u00e8 perfetta per testare composizione e qualit\u00e0 di materiali riciclati, masterbatch, additivi e biopolimeri.<\/p>\n

MICROEX CP <\/strong>e CP TWIN<\/strong> sono le linee di estrusione per il compounding<\/strong> progettate per testare diverse formulazioni di granuli con diversi additivi, masterbatch e colorazioni. Disponibili rispettivamente con estrusore monovite e bivite co-rotante, entrambe le macchine permettono una miscelazione ottimale ed efficiente dei polimeri.<\/p>\n

MICROEX MD<\/strong> \u00e8 una pressa per lo stampaggio ad iniezione<\/strong> progettata per la produzione di campionature \u00a0con diversi polimeri. Modello completamente elettrico e adatto per testare qualit\u00e0 e formulazioni sia con materiali vergini che riciclati.<\/p>\n
