with particular reference to equipment intended for use in <strong data-start=\"314\" data-end=\"358\">potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX)<\/strong>, consistently meet customer requirements, applicable regulations, and relevant international standards.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"464\" data-end=\"760\">This Policy represents Management\u2019s commitment to the <strong data-start=\"518\" data-end=\"583\">continuous improvement of the Production Control System (PCS)<\/strong> and to full compliance with the requirements of <strong data-start=\"632\" data-end=\"652\">ISO\/IEC 80079-34<\/strong> for the design, production, verification and testing of its products.<\/p>\n<h1 data-start=\"767\" data-end=\"779\">OBJECTIVES<\/h1>\n<h2 data-start=\"781\" data-end=\"833\">Regulatory Compliance and Safety of ATEX Products<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"1068\">Ensure that all design, manufacturing, assembly, testing and technical documentation activities comply with the <strong data-start=\"946\" data-end=\"1017\">essential safety requirements of the applicable technical standards<\/strong>, with particular reference to <strong data-start=\"1048\" data-end=\"1067\">ATEX directives<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1070\" data-end=\"1269\">Ensure full implementation of the specific requirements of <strong data-start=\"1129\" data-end=\"1149\">ISO\/IEC 80079-34<\/strong>, including change control, traceability, supplier management and process control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1276\" data-end=\"1300\">Customer Satisfaction<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1301\" data-end=\"1391\">Understand and meet customer needs by providing <strong data-start=\"1349\" data-end=\"1390\">safe, compliant and reliable products<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1393\" data-end=\"1564\">Respond promptly to requests and manage complaints and non-conformities effectively, promoting <strong data-start=\"1488\" data-end=\"1525\">corrective and preventive actions.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1571\" data-end=\"1613\">Personnel Competence and Responsibility<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1614\" data-end=\"1759\">Ensure that all personnel involved in the product life cycle (<strong data-start=\"1676\" data-end=\"1697\">ATEX and NON-ATEX<\/strong>) have the necessary <strong data-start=\"1718\" data-end=\"1758\">knowledge, skills and qualifications<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1761\" data-end=\"1855\">Continuously promote <strong data-start=\"1782\" data-end=\"1831\">training, awareness and personnel involvement<\/strong> in maintaining the PCS.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1857\" data-end=\"1977\">All personnel must be updated on non-conformities and implemented corrections.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1984\" data-end=\"2029\">Supplier and Critical Component Management<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2030\" data-end=\"2167\">Evaluate and monitor suppliers based on their ability to ensure <strong data-start=\"2094\" data-end=\"2118\">compliant components<\/strong>, particularly those relevant to <strong data-start=\"2151\" data-end=\"2166\">ATEX safety<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2169\" data-end=\"2376\">Where necessary, require <strong data-start=\"2194\" data-end=\"2286\">specific certifications, declarations of conformity and appropriate documentary controls<\/strong> related to the classification of supplied products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"2383\" data-end=\"2419\">Continuous Improvement of the PCS<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2420\" data-end=\"2561\">Monitor and analyze <strong data-start=\"2440\" data-end=\"2517\">process indicators, audit results, customer feedback and non-conformities<\/strong> in order to identify areas for improvement.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2563\" data-end=\"2700\">Ensure that the PCS is constantly <strong data-start=\"2597\" data-end=\"2661\">adequate to the complexity of company products and processes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2707\" data-end=\"2755\">Risk Prevention and Control of ATEX Processes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2756\" data-end=\"2918\">Identify, assess and control risks associated with <strong data-start=\"2807\" data-end=\"2847\">ATEX design and production processes<\/strong>, ensuring <strong data-start=\"2858\" data-end=\"2903\">stability, repeatability and traceability<\/strong> of activities.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2920\" data-end=\"3076\">Manage and document <strong data-start=\"2940\" data-end=\"2984\">technical changes in a controlled manner<\/strong>, ensuring that they do not compromise product safety<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1 data-start=\"3083\" data-end=\"3109\">COMMUNICATION AND REVIEW<\/h1>\n<p data-start=\"3111\" data-end=\"3123\">This Policy:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3125\" data-end=\"3485\">\n<li data-start=\"3125\"
