SYNCRO<\/a><\/strong> will be on STAND A46 HALL 10, with the complete range of WIRE & CABLE<\/strong> gauging systems: control systems for the main process parameters in electrical cable extrusion:<\/p>\n

DIAMEX<\/strong><\/a> series gauging systems, dedicated to non-contact diameter measurement of cables and pipes of various sizes.<\/p>\n

DEFEX<\/strong><\/a>, a state-of-the-art optoelectronic device for the on-line measurement and identification of surface defects, such as bumps, bottlenecks, abrasions, local lack of insulation, partial detachments, or flakes.<\/p>\n

There will be also one of the latest additions to the PLANET APPROVED<\/strong> products, the MODYX<\/strong>,<\/a> a continuous loss-in-weight blender designed to ensure the gravimetric feeding of a component in extrusion, blow moulding and injection processes. It guarantees the relationship with the other components in the recipe, respects and controls dosing accuracy and the total output of the extruder or press.<\/p>\n

Once again, SYNCRO GROUP<\/strong><\/a> will rely on the Group’s<\/a> <\/strong>synergy, presenting one of the products of SB DRY<\/a><\/strong>, which joined the Group<\/a> <\/strong>a\u00a0year ago: the energy-controlled dehumidifier of DRY TO MELT (DTM)<\/strong><\/a> series, which falls into the category of the so-called \u201cdesiccant dryers\u201d i.e. circuits made up of a unit generating dehumidified air and a hopper for raw material storage. The treatment air is mechanically dehumidified at a dew-point between -40 and -70\u00b0C and then thermoregulated at an optimal temperature to act on the polymer being treated, removing its moisture.<\/p>\n
