href=\"https:\/\/syncro-group.com\/it\/\"><strong>Syncro<\/strong><\/a>, per aumentare la produzione e ridurre al minimo gli scarti, ha fornito per questa linea di film in bolla a 5 strati:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; unit\u00e0 di dosaggio gravimetrico (<a href=\"https:\/\/syncro-group.com\/syncro\/it\/product\/dosatore-gravimetrico-a-batch-easybatch\/\"><strong>EASYBATCH<\/strong><\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; sistema <strong>IBC<\/strong> (<strong>Internal Bubble Cooling<\/strong>)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; dispositivi di misurazione capacitiva dello spessore intorno alla bolla (<a href=\"https:\/\/syncro-group.com\/syncro\/product\/capacitive-gauging-system-skymex\/\"><strong>SKYMEX<\/strong><\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; anelli d&#8217;aria automatici (<a 2.0<\/strong>) e un <strong>sistema di elevazione<\/strong> per regolare l&#8217;altezza dell&#8217;anello d&#8217;aria dalla matrice per ottenere un significativo aumento della produzione oraria e una performance meccanica del film altrimenti irraggiungibile.<\/p>\n<p>Con la migliore collaborazione dell&#8217;OEM indiano <strong>Rajoo<\/strong>, alla fine dell&#8217;anno scorso \u00e8 stata organizzata con successo una open house.<\/p>\n<p>Con la linea finalmente installata nella loro nuova sede e <strong>funzionante a oltre 800 kg\/h<\/strong> su una matrice da 550 mm, questa \u00e8 una storia di successo per tutte le parti interessate.<\/p>\n<p>Il controllo automatico dello spessore operato dall&#8217;anello d&#8217;aria ha <strong>permesso di ridurre la dispersione del profilo di spessore del 75% rispetto a quello originale<\/strong> prima dell&#8217;avvio della regolazione automatica.<\/p>\n<p>Un ulteriore esempio delle prestazioni <strong>superiori di questo Air Ring Flyer with Elevator\u00a0\u00e8 la produzione Milk Packaging Film or Pouch<\/strong>, sottoposta ai <strong>Standard Test Methods<\/strong> per la resistenza all&#8217;impatto delle pellicole di plastica
