In questo modo la produttivit\u00e0 non viene intaccata.<\/li><li>MODULARIT\u00c0 - DYduster \u00e8 compatibile con tutte le opzioni di stoccaggio e gestione del materiale normalmente disponibili per i caricatori standard, rendendo la composizione finale dell\u2019intero caricatore modulare nei suoi vari settori.<\/li><li>COMPATIBILIT\u00c0 - DYduster \u00e8 compatibile con qualsiasi caricatore della famiglia SYncro oltre che con tutte le opzioni di stoccaggio e gestione del materiale normalmente disponibili per i caricatori standard.<\/li><li>VOLUME DI DECANTAZIONE - Il serbatoio dove viene decantata e stoccata la polvere rimossa dai granuli ha sufficiente volume per poter bastare per molti cicli prima di riempirsi, cos\u00ec che non venga richiesta all\u2019operatore una pulizia frequente.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p2\"><b>DYDUSTER <\/b>\u00e8 il nuovo caricatore dotato di un sistema automatico per la separazione e rimozione della polvere dal granulo che alimenta il dosatore, impedendo l\u2019ingresso del pulviscolo nell\u2019estrusore. Particolarmente indicato per linee di produzione sensibili a difetti nel prodotto finale generati da polveri come geli ed infusi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Il materiale viene convogliato al caricatore tramite un circuito collegato alla pompa del vuoto; dopo l\u2019ingresso si innesca un moto ciclonico all\u2019interno del settore. Grazie alla particolare aerodinamica del sistema, il pulviscolo viene separato ed aspirato verso il filtro della soffiante mentre il granulo \u201cpulito\u201d viene scaricato nella tramoggia sottostante. Il filtro presente come standard sulla soffiante raccoglie e decanta il pulviscolo.
