- When interfaced with the OEM die it controls and adjust the flex die lip gap through thermal cartridge heaters according to the set target thickness.
- SYNTROL GAUGE would also work in combination with SYNCRO's quenching AUTO die flex lip control and also in combination with conventional upward blown film automatic air ring equipped with internal cartridge heaters controlling the gauge through the air temperature to maintain the target thickness.
- SYNTROL GAUGE is based on commercial modular PLC electronics, this choice makes the system practical and operator friendly by using an embedded HMI screen.
- In all the above application it would be integrated to any of the available SYNCRO gauging systems.

Auto die control system
SYNTROL GAUGE is SYNCRO’s auto die control system which acts directly on the thermal bolts of the die head adjusting either the flat die lip or the thermal blown film-die.
In case of flat die, thanks to the sophisticated die mapping setting, the system control and compensate for material neck-in, neck-out and bumping profiling to reach the tightest gauge control and hance to obtain and achieve the best film quality possible.
SYNTROL GAUGE is also available for blown film lines.
