Volumetric dosing
EASYCOLOR is the good economical alternative to the gravimetric dosing solution, when it is still required a good precision and a simple control, without the need of a weight control. EASYCOLOR is suitable to dose masterbatches or addictives, both on Injection Molding Machines, or on Extruders.
According to the internal programming, EASYCOLOR can work in different ways: When on an IMM, EASYCOLOR doses a certain quantity of MB or addictive only during the plastification phase of the IMM. This quantity can be programmed, and it will be always the same at each cycle of the IMM. When on an extruder EASYCOLOR doses a certain quantity of MB or addictive continuously. This quantity can be programmed, but also the dosing speed of the doser is syncronysed to the speed of the extruder, changing automatically at every variation, so that at the end always the same percentage of additive is dosed.
