EASYTRAP
Angel hair separator loader
EASYTRAP is the new hopper loader equipped with an automatic system for separating and removing angel hair from the material being conveyed. Particularly suitable for production lines sensitive to defects in the end products generated by angel hair such as gels and infusions.
The material is conveyed into the hopper loader, where it passes through a grid trap: the angel hairs remain trapped while the granules are discharged into the hopper. Once the loading is completed, a second automatic cycle begins, during which the trap opens, the free angel hairs are then conveyed to a storage unit where are stored. When the storage tank reaches its maximum level can be opened and cleaned manually.
