SYNCRO, since 2007 a reference in the field of auxiliary machines for plastics extrusion lines, will present EASYCOATER:
A device based on the absorption of infrared wavelengths suitable for in-line measurement of the thickness or weight of solvent or solvent-free adhesive coatings applied during the lamination process on polyolefin-based films or any other substrate:
- printed
- metalized
- transparent
Real-time monitoring of the presence of adhesive and its composition combined with accurate measurement of the uniformity of the laid layer are the basic functions to ensure production quality, optimization of adhesive consumption, reduction of waste, and elimination of returns and complaints for nonconforming material.
The compact sensor design and small footprint of the machine frame facilitate scanner installation for both existing lines and new installations.
ACELABS, founded in 2006, has developed together with SYNCRO, a wide range of optical inspection solutions designed to detect and qualify defects and irregularities in flexible films, sheets, rigid films and foils, will present at DRUPA in Düsseldorf a demo that will include:
