Handover in syncro!

There is some pleasant news at SYNCRO that will give a boost to the entire Technical Department and Syncro itself.

Paolo Rizzotti, our Technical Director, who has been the linchpin of the entire Technical Department for 16 years, has reached a great milestone: retirement.

With immense pleasure and thanks to his great passion and expertise in the industry, he decided not to leave the company, but to continue his career with Syncro by taking on a key role: R&D Director.

But who will be his successor, the new Technical Director?

Let’s find it out directly from Paolo, who comments as follows: “This is it: I hand over the baton to Matteo Saponara, Syncro’ s new Technical Director. To Matteo I hand over a role, an enviable Technical Department, a wealth of knowledge enclosed into calculations and presentations and all the machines that came out of my head and studies. The intense preparation of the last year is for Matteo the run-up to picking up the baton at full speed from me, his team-mate. I want to make a wish to Matteo: we have tried and tried again, your hand is there where I will put the baton on my hop. Don’t look back, run your split as you can and build our victory in turn.”

Paolo Rizzotti has dedicated these years to achieving maximum technical performance and teamwork based on people, roles, relationships, coordination, potential and respect.

This is how he hands over the baton to Matteo Saponara, the new Technical Director, who enthusiastically states: “The time has come to continue a run full of technique and dynamism. Paolo is both a coach and a mentor, willing to share experiences and pass on knowledge, and, last but not least, always ready to listen. Over the last few years we have tackled sprints and races together, for which he has constantly involved me, to prepare me for this goal in the best possible way.”

Congratulations to both from the entire SYNCRO GROUP!
