THE BEGINNING
SYNCRO Srl was born in April 2007 from an intuition of Gabriele Caccia and Raffaele Grotti which founded a company to build machineries and auxiliaries equipment for extrusion lines dedicated to sYnchronize processes.
CORE BUSINESS
One of the first products developed from Syncro has been gravimetric dosing units, the SYBATCH series, engineered and manufactured in house which in time created not only Syncro history but also became its symbol.
DEVELOPMENT OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES
Syncro expand its market shares by investing in research and development of new technologies thus creating new products such as automatic air rings for blown film lines together with gauging systems.
THE GROWTH
The very first branch office was open in the United States where the plastic industry is very strong and in continuous development. Led by Carl Gillig, SYNCRO USA was born.
TROUGH EUROPE AND BEYOND
2011 is a turning point for Syncro. The company expands opening new branches located in the most important industrial areas across the globe.
Are inaugurated Syncro’s branches in CHINA – JAPAN – INDIA – ASIA and BRAZIL.
CST IS BORN
Starting CST the range of products offered from SYNCRO GROUP is extended to manufacturing of new dosing units for powders and liquids.
CST for complex materials DOSING
Syncro expands its product range; CST specializes in the production of dosing units for complex materials such as powders, liquids and flakes, approaching new markets such as compund, food and chemical sectors.
THE RECYCLING ERA
Is now part of the team PLASMAC, company founded in the UK in 1994, market leader in manufacturing of extruders and ancillaries dedicated to recycling of plastic industrial waste.
MADE IN ITALY
A new era starts for PLASMAC when the very first recycling machine was entirely build “made in Italy”. Previously and till 1994, all machines were engineered and manufactured in the UK.
SYNCRO GROUP completes its product range with PLANTECH-CST
It is a very important year which bring PLANTECH-CST into the group. PLANTECH-CST company based in Modena is specialized in material storage and handling of powders, granules and liquids for the plastic, chemicals and food industries. Following the acquisition PLANTECH and CST are merged to provide these industries a partner capable to satisfy customers’ needs at 360°.
NEW PARTNERS
The EREMA Group – Worldwide leader in plastic recycling machines manufacturing has acquired 60% of PLASMAC creating a global synergy with SYNCRO Group.

January 2022, after two years of intense partnerships and joint technological developments, Syncro Group invest in AceLabs
Syncro Group is now able to offer its customers a complete package of quality control solutions to achieve the highest standards of process automation.
AceLabs designs and manufactures automated systems and quality control solutions, based on machine vision technology.
ARRIVES EUR.EX.MA
September 2022, Syncro Group continues its process of technological development and sustainability by investing in Eur.Ex.Ma.
Eur.Ex.Ma. has been developing since 1999, lab and pilot extrusion lines for laboratories and R&D departments of companies specialized in the production and processing of thermoplastic materials.
SBDRY JOINS THE SYNCRO FAMILY
December 2022 we see the year end with the entry into Syncro Group family of SBDRY, a venetian company with thirty years of experience.
