Dry To Melt (DTM)

Energy control desiccant dryers

DRY TO MELT energy-controlled desiccant dryers represent the new standard in the dehumidification of hygroscopic polymers and biopolymers.

The energy-controlled dehumidifiers DRY TO MELT (DTM) fall into the category of so-called “desiccant dryers”, i.e. they are circuits made up of a dehumidified air generator unit and a raw material storage hopper. The treatment air is mechanically dehydrated at a dew-point between -40 and -70°C and then thermoregulated at the optimum temperature to act on the polymer being treated, removing its humidity.
