PLAST 4 GREEN

We are pleased to be mentioned in the latest edition of Plast 4 Green, the special Edition of Plast Magazine, launched during the Packaging & Recycling 2022.
Here a glimpse of the article.

Syncro defines itself as a Glocal company.
Playing on the apparent dichotomy between the terms “Global” and “Local”, Syncro Group, from Busto Arsizio, has found its place as main player in the International Plastic Market.
Syncro Group operates all over the world, but at the same time wants to be capillary and local, offering to the customer a close and ready relationship and a direct and prompt service.

Dichotomies are commonplace at Syncro: beauty goes hand in hand with the industrial context, green issues go hand in hand with the theme of development, and technology 4.0 goes hand in hand with the human element.

On this basis Syncro HUB was born. As a portal it allows certified users to enter into an iCloud dedicated to their industrial assets to have full autonomy in the management of spare parts and preventive maintenance, to request remote or in-person technical support, to have a history of all Syncro products, maintenance and troubleshooting video tutorials, wiring diagrams and manuals. The aim of Syncro Hub is to increase the uptime of Syncro Group machines and consequently of the entire process lines.

Gabriele Caccia explains, “Right from the start we were able to be ahead of the trends, talking about eco-sustainability when it was still a topic reserved for a few; we thought about Industry 4.0 when nobody was talking about it and we started to introduce design in a context, that of plastic extrusion machines, where aesthetics bends to mere functionality ”
Syncro Group has recently created an internal club dedicated to all Group’s machines that have been developed so far, designed and produced with the vision of improving energy consumption, reducing waste and reusing it by reintroducing it into the production process.
All these machines will be branded: PLANET APPROVED.

Syncro presented at the GreenPlast Show, in a world premiere, the new automatic ring for blown film extrusion lines: TYPHOON CUBED.
It is a real revolution in both efficiency and performance. It will be present at K-SHOW 2022 ready to be seen in operation and discovered in all its multifaceted and technologically advanced technical and functional features.
The new Automatic Air Ring has already received enormous interest from both international OEMs and End Users active in both flexible packaging and converting.
In addition to the agricultural film industry, the interest is also very high from manufacturers of technical blown film as well as multi-layer barrier, POD, bio and special technical materials.

This one-piece RING has a unique technology designed to achieve maximum efficiency, minimise production waste and reduce energy consumption, making it one of the most popular ‘Planet Approved’ products.

Syncro, under the Greenology brand, brings together its ability to support business with green activities at all levels.

Syncro Group presents itself as a company of international calibre with 4 production sites in Italy, 200 employees and a turnover of over 50 million euros. In addition to these 7 international branches, including the USA, China and India, there are a number of subsidiaries scattered all over the world.
The famous three R – Reduce, Reuse, Recycle – become a market strategy by strictly following European directives and in 2017, the British company Plasmac, partner of Erema, the world leader in plastics recycling, joins the Syncro Group.
At the same time, the Group acquired the Modena-based Plantech-CST, enhancing a line of products focused on reducing energy consumption and managing raw materials. “Once again we have been ahead of our time, giving value to ecological solutions in a complex sector such as plastics,” notes Gabriele Caccia.
The latest to join the Syncro Group and ‘close’ the circle is Milan-based AceLabs.
ACELABS, founded in 2006, develops and produces electronic analysis and quality control systems and it will introduce a preview of new laboratory systems for the selection and control of raw materials.
