EasyEdge

EASYEDGE is the new Acelabs device for measuring the rubber edges in a textile / steel cord rubber production process. Two measuring devices, each equipped with an X-ray tube and a specialized Acelabs receiver, monitor the passage of the rubber product by precisely detecting the edges on both sides with high resolution. The edge measurement is instantaneous and continuous, operating at a frequency of 10 Hz.
