Steel Cord and Textile X-RAY inspection

A set of 2 to 10 measuring devices, depending on the
configuration, each equipped with an X-ray tube and a
specialized Acelabs sensor, monitors the passage of the Steel
Cord or synthetic textile product. These devices ensure precise measurement of density,
position, diameter, and spacing between the metal cords,
while also simultaneously detecting the edges on both sides
of the fabric. The system provides 100% material inspection
with instantaneous and continuous edge measurements at a frequency of 10 Hz.
