- WIDE RANGE OF MODELS - The wide range of different sizes can meet all production requirements. Two standard models for 10 or 20 bags are available as well as the ability to realize a customized solution for more bags and with inclinations from horizontal up to 30° inclines.
- INSTALLATIONS PWD - is always supplied prewired with junction boxes to permit easy and fast installations. The system is equipped with sensors able to check the presence, the movement and the discharge of the bags. The belt is designed with spacers to allow the bags to be placed in dedicated spaces for each cycle.
- CONTROL SYSTEM & INDUSTRY 4.0 - The control system can be integrated with the main production supervisory system, satisfying the OPC/UA protocol, which makes each machine modular and ready for industry 4.0.
PWB – Belt for pre-weighed additives bags
CONVEYOR BELT FOR PRE WEIGHED ADDITIVES
The PWB conveyor belt is the automatic solution to feed in turbo mixer pre-weighed bags.
The pre-weighed bags containing small quantities of additives necessary for the blend are placed on the belt which can handle up to 20 bags. For every mixing cycle, one bag is discharged through a discharge hopper into the mixer together with the main components.
