Steel Cord and Textile X-RAY inspection

A single measuring device equipped with an X-ray tube and a
specialized Acelabs sensor, monitors the passage of the Steel
Cord or synthetic textile product.
This device ensures precise measurement of the density,
position, diameter, and spacing of both metal and synthetic
cords, and also detects the edges on both sides of the fabric.
The system scans the entire width of the material at the
calender’s output at a transverse speed of 2 m/min.
