Today Syncro Group travels to Germany to participate in the COMPOUNDING WORLD EXPO to be held in Essen, Germany, on June 14^th and 15^th 2023.

Syncro Group is present on the stand HALL 1 STAND A509/505, with PLANET APPROVED labelled products, with the common goal of reducing, if not eliminating, industrial waste.

At the stand, Eurexma exhibits a working Microex Cast with the integrated Eyes Pilot system, giving the possibility to observe and test the vision and defect detection system in operation.

At the stand a Microex CP-TWIN is exhibited too, a twin-screw extruder, which is essential in compounding lines, where it is used to produce polymeric material granules. This lab line from Eurexma effectively tests different masterbatch and compound recipes.

Plantech-CST exhibits one of its feeders designed for those who require precision and a fast and accurate cleaning of the dosing unit, always ensuring high performance.

There, you can find several dosing units dedicated to compounding such as the following ones:

• C-TWIN, a twin-screw dosing unit suitable for dosing hard-to-flow powders, granules, pellets, flakes and fibres. Available in both gravimetric and volumetric version to ensure maximum precision and repeatability
• HL, the HL automatic feeder designed to receive loose and dusty materials, with a self-cleaning system to ensure a perfect cleaning
• C-ONE-EC, the single-screw dosing unit is the ideal solution for production lines where fast and accurate cleaning of the dosing unit is required, without losing accuracy and repeatability. Thanks to the screw design and a horizontal agitator, bridging is prevented, thus maintaining a constant material flow.
