Syncro Group is moving towards PLAST, one of the most important trade fairs for the plastics industry that will be held at Fiera Milano from 5th to 8th September.
For Syncro Group, Plast 2023 will be the opportunity to present the latest PLANET APPROVED products that have been always conceived in view of the ZERO WASTE MYSSION: reducing industrial waste, energy and raw material resources, while having a control on the total output.
At Hall 15 you will find an island completely dedicated to Syncro Group and to the companies belonging to the Group (stands 81 – 82 – 83) where you will be able to experience their complementary nature and have evidence that the Circle of Circular Economy with Syncro Group can be closed.
Eurexma will exhibit its laboratory MICROEXs, all in operation, and for the first time, a PILOT BLOWN K7 (Seven- Layers) laboratory BLOWN FILM Plant will be assembled with Syncro machines, which designed TYPHOON³ Y00, the smallest automatic cooling air ring for 40mm dies.
SYNCRO will exhibit its products dedicated to the automation for plastic extrusion lines, including the DYDUSTER, the new hopper loader, equipped with an automatic system for separating and removing dust from the granule feeding the dosing unit, preventing dust from entering the extruder.
Never presented to the market before, there will be the new MYBATCH³, completely redesigned and with a more compact and captivating design, but above all able to provide higher performance in the dosing precision of minor components.
PLASMAC, a leader in in-line and out-line grinding and granulating plants for post-industrial waste, will be present at the event with its mini ALPHA XS and OMEGA, both in operation. At Plast, various types of industrial waste will be recycled and the superior quality of the granule will be tested, which, thanks to the minimal material degradation, is like virgin.
In order to achieve maximum efficiency, PLASMAC has developed a GRAVIMETRIC SYSTEM too, which allows the actual output to be automatically calculated and the actual specific consumption to be calculated too, by automatically adjusting the process.
SBDRY will show on the stand the DRY TO MELT integrated with the CRYSTALLIZE TO MELT, an integrated crystallization and dehumidification system combining the two processes in one single step. Furthermore, the VHELYOS will be shown too, a dryer using the heating system by radiation, thanks to which energy is transferred directly to the material, without altering the nature of the plastic polymer. A new product will be the FYNISHER, of which we will give you details in future articles.
PLANTECH-CST will exhibit, beyond its dilute and dense phase pneumatic dosing units and conveying systems, something completely new: for the first time, at PLAST in MILAN, the new CACCIA-MYX division will be presented.
