⚖️ MODYX – The continuous loss-in-weight dosing unit designed to ensure gravimetric feeding in extrusion, blow molding and injection processes.
🌬️ TYPHOON³ – The evolutionary step in automatic air rings designed to ensure maximum cooling capacity, productivity, bubble stability and accurate thickness profile control. Its performance is such that it justifies the ambitious expression “cubed”.
🧴 EASYCOATER – A compact system for adhesive measurement on laminating machines, ensuring uniform coating control and significantly reducing glue excess, that succeeding in substantially reducing production costs.
⌨️ RETROFYT – the complete upgrade of the supervision systems existing on Blown and Cast extrusion lines. PLASMAC, leader in-line and off-line grinding and granulation plants for post-industrial waste, will showcase:
♻️ ALPHA XS – Specifically designed for film producers with low scrap rates and a 45 kg/h output, this air-cooled recycling extruder is a revolutionary machine using PLASMAC’s exclusive Short Screw Technology (SST) to produce high-quality recycled pellets.
The new PLANTECH-CST division, CACCIAMYX, focused on process mixing, will showcase the RC LAB laboratory mixer, which ensures repetitiveness of manufacturing processes, integrated hot mixing and cooling. Ideal for formulation testing and training, it is designed to meet lab operational needs.
PLANTECH-CST will also showcase the C-TWYN-EC twin screw dosing unit, suitable for powders, granules, pellets, flakes and fibers. Available in both volumetric and gravimetric version, it ensures dosing accuracy (±0.5%), modularity and compatibility with Industry 5.0 systems via HMI touch and OPC/UA protocol.
EUR.EX.MA, which since 1999 has been designing and building custom Lab & Pilot solutions to meet the needs of research centers and R&D departments for testing and development of new thermoplastic polymers, will showcase:
🔧 MICROEXCAST + EYES – The cast film extrusion line designed for quality control of polymers, compounds, masterbatches and recycled materials. The film samples can be used to test mechanical properties, visual defect inspection, polymer processability and color matching.
The unique synergy within SYNCRO GROUP has enabled the development of a product range aimed at reducing waste and enhancing production quality. For example, the MICROEX lines from EUR.EX.MA can be equipped with SYNCRO EYESLAB visual inspection system, capable of detecting and classifying all defects.
