The year 2025 marks a symbolic milestone for SYNCRO GROUP which proudly celebrates 18 years of activity. This “coming of age” not only reflects the company’s long-standing solidity but also its continuous and coherent evolution, reinforcing its role as a global leader and benchmark in the international plastics industry.
At the highly anticipated K SHOW 2025, one of the most important international trade fairs for the plastics sector, SYNCRO GROUP will be pleased to welcome you at Hall 10 – Stand C40 with a rich and cutting-edge technological exhibition proposal.
SYNCRO GROUP will present an innovative range of machinery designed to optimize and enhance both production quality and sustainability.
A team of experienced technical and commercial professionals will be on hand to illustrate and explain the PLANET APPROVED solutions, which embody Syncro’s commitment to a more responsible and Circular Economy-oriented industry.
Over the years, SYNCRO GROUP has distinguished itself by anticipating market needs and offering state-of-the-art technological solutions: machinery designed and manufactured to increase performance by minimizing production and energy costs and to obtain a superior quality product, thus reducing waste.
2025 also represents a year of deep transformation and innovation for the entire Syncro Group. This structural and strategic change is inspired and driven by ZERO WASTE MYSSION, the core of the company’s philosophy.
Through eco-design and smart technologies, Syncro aims to drastically reduce production waste, energy consumption and raw material usage. The goal is to foster increasingly sustainable and circular production models while ensuring total and integrated control over the entire production cycle, thereby improving not only efficiency, but also traceability and final product quality.
At K SHOW 2025 concrete results of this 18-year path will be presented.
Among the key innovations being introduced:
RETROFYT: a comprehensive upgrade for existing supervisory systems on Blown and Cast extrusion lines. Syncro Group evaluates current hardware and software and offers tailor-made solutions to optimize plant performance. The system is based on a dedicated PLC and latest generation touch screen HMI interface. Main Features include:
- Temperature and pressure control
- Extruder and haul-off speed regulation
- IBC management
- Thickness profile control and more
ZYROBLOCK: an auxiliary bubble cooling system, ideal for lines where the film entering the stretching section is too hot, with a risk of bubble “blocking”. It can be installed after the frost line and before the collapsing frames or integrated into the bubble cage. It reduces the film temperature generating cold air flows and a reduced-temperature environment for an extended section around the bubble.
ZYROWAX: the suction system for monomers generated by the melt out of the extrusion die. A first suction system can be installed under the cooling ring base, while another one can be installed in the bubble cage.
EASYSHAPE: the innovative digital system using thermal and visual cameras installed on the bubble to monitor the bubble shape and the frost line position and maintain them according to saved recipes.
EASYCOATER: the compact system for adhesive measurement on laminating machines is able to control the uniformity and quality of adhesive coating. It enables a reduction in excessive adhesive deposit and a significant reduction in production costs.
SONYCSCAN: An ultrasonic scanner capable of measuring the grammage of various materials such as paper, metals, plastics, and more by analyzing sound travel and attenuation times in the different elements.
At the booth, PLANTECH-CST, a leading company in advanced industrial solutions, will showcase its new division CACCIAMYX, specialized in process mixing, with the new RC LAB laboratory mixer, which guarantees:
- Process repeatability
- Hot mixing
- Integrated cooling
SYNCRO GROUP’s subsidiaries will also play a prominent role at K SHOW 2025:
EUREXMA – Hall 16 – Stand F65, designs and builds Lab & Pilot solutions customized to meet all kinds of needs of research centers and R&D departments for testing and developing new thermoplastic polymers.
Running at K-2025 will be the MICROEX CAST+EYES, the cast film extrusion line for quality control of polymers, compounds, masterbatches and recycled materials. The film samples can be used to test mechanical properties, the visual defect inspection with the innovative EYES system, polymer processability and color matching.
PLASMAC, a leader in in-line and off-line grinding and granulation systems for post-industrial waste, will be hosted at the EREMA Stand – Hall 9 / C09, with the latest Omega Compact. The OMEGA series provides a complete and efficient solution for recycling waste into high-quality pellets.
