Plasmac Announces the release of its latest development – The Alpha XS
Plasmac is pleased to present its latest development, the Alpha XS. Using the experience of over 25 years selling its highly successful Alpha direct extrusion recycling extruders, Plasmac can now offer the Alpha XS, an extremely compact, energy efficient and highly cost competitive new addition to the Alpha range of extruders.
Designed exclusively for inline trim with the option of a rollfeed unit for off spec reels, the Alpha XS boasts a minimised footprint of less than 1 square meter, power consumption of less than 0.2kW/Kg and an output up to 50 Kg/h.
Should it be required, it can also be fitted with an inline manual screenchanger.
A new air-cooled pelletising system has increased the cooling capacity by over 50% and the new design of cutting system is set and forget.
Add to that a new improved cutting blade with a longer life and better pellet cutting, this means the Alpha XS will set the standards for inline recycling systems for inhouse industrial waste recycling.
