PLAST 2026

The new edition of PLAST 2026 shines a spotlight on the latest Syncro Group innovations, designed to enhance productivity, quality, and process control, which will be officially unveiled at Hall 15, Booth H49 – J50.

The first innovation to be introduced will be X-BAG, one of the latest solutions for centralized material handling systems, managing material flows from silos to extrusion lines.

X-BAG is an automatic system for opening and emptying bags containing plastic granules, designed to be integrated directly into production lines. The system automates the entire operational cycle, from pallet handling to bag collection, opening, and emptying, including waste management. Thanks to its controlled and continuous process, X-BAG guarantees an efficiency level exceeding 99.9%.

Designed and developed by SYDRY, ROBYC will take central stage at Plast. ROBYC is the new high-efficiency continuous regrading system designed for regrading, dehumidifying, and decontaminating polymers. The system aims at maximizing the value and performance of recycled polymers, through a process based on the combined action of IR lamps, vacuum, and internal mixing,

The material is processed inside a highly insulated reactor, where rapid and controlled heating allows to reach different temperature thresholds to ensure dehumidification, decontamination, and solid-state polycondensation processes, promoting an increase in intrinsic viscosity and consequently improving the material quality.

ROBYC is designed for continuous operation and can be integrated directly into the production line. Available sizes range from 50 to 6000 liters, making it a compact, efficient, and flexible solution capable of meeting a wide range of production requirements.

EASYCOATER will also return to the spotlight, having already been successfully introduced and widely appreciated during recent industry trade shows.
This innovative system is based on reflective IR technology and has been designed to measure adhesive thickness during lamination processes. The solution ensures precise coating uniformity control, reducing adhesive excess and significantly contributing to lower production costs.

Among the solutions showcased at the exhibition, Visitors will also get the chance to see Syncro Group’s SONYCSCAN in action, an ultrasonic thickness measurement system suitable for cast extrusion lines and compatible with a very wide range of materials.

The system calculates material weight using a series of dedicated software procedures that measure wave propagation times through the material and signal attenuation levels.

As part of its industrial plant revamping solutions, Syncro Group showcases RETROFYT, a wide range of solutions dedicated to upgrading existing supervisory systems on extrusion, printing, and converting lines. The process includes analysis of the installed architecture and implementation of new control platforms based on the latest-generation PLC and HMI systems, featuring advanced functionalities for managing all line parameters.

Among the technologies on display, TYPHOON³ will also stand out: a next-generation automatic air ring designed to maximize cooling capacity, productivity, and bubble stability. Thanks to advanced aerodynamic solutions and distributed control systems operating across the full 360° circumference, TYPHOON³ ensures extremely precise thickness profile control, significantly improving film quality.

Completing the portfolio of exhibited solutions is EYES, Syncro Group’s vision inspection system developed in collaboration with Acelabs, designed for in-line quality control of plastic films. The vision system is equipped with high-resolution monochrome or color linear industrial cameras and multiple lighting configurations.

The cameras scan the entire film surface in real time, detecting and classifying defects as small as 25 µm at speeds up to 1200 m/min. EYES provides complete defect mapping of the reel, statistical process data analysis and detailed inspection reports, helping manufacturers maintain production quality under constant control while improving productivity and reducing waste.

Supporting these innovations is a sustainability-oriented strategy, reflected in the company’s  “Zero Waste Myssion”, a concrete program aimed at reducing waste throughout the entire plastics value chain through solutions focused on process optimization and environmental impact reduction.

For Syncro Group, Plast is not only a technological showcase, but also a key opportunity to engage directly with the market, where innovation, digitalization, and sustainability come together to deliver concrete solutions for the plastics processing industry
