Eur.Ex.Ma is a company specialized in the manufacturing of extrusion lines for laboratory use.
Today I will show you our brand new machine. It’s a blown film line with 7 layers, whose name is Pilot Blown K7.
The machine is the top level of our product portfolio and it is equipped with seven extruders XTR 20, a pancake die, a fully automatic typhoon Y00, which is an air ring developed by SYNCRO, a reverting pulloff and a Sonyscan, which is SYNCRO new scanner.
The machine is also equipped with EYES system, developed by ACELABS, a member company of Syncro Group, that detects defects on the film like black spots. The machine is mainly designed for quality control and for production of Multilayer or barrier structures, for food packaging or medical or other applications; all the extruders must have a gravimetric feeding system developed by SYNCRO. In this case, the control of both the single components C-Line and the machine is made by two Syntrol Infinity, a software developed by SYNCRO for the complete control of blown film lines.
The machine is designed for the quality control of polymers, but mainly for barrier material to test different structures, like polyamide or new polymers.
